Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to coordinate and improve daily business activities within a growing organization in Estonia. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring that operational processes are efficient, teams are properly supported, resources are effectively managed, and business objectives are achieved.

This position requires a professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across different departments.
• Develop and improve internal procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate staff schedules, resources, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Support senior management with operational planning and business decision-making.
• Ensure projects and internal activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate business records.
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve workflow challenges and improve communication.
• Support the implementation of new systems, policies, and organizational initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or management.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Estonian is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern business management tools.
