An opportunity is available for a proactive Manager to lead office-quality and process-improvement initiatives across a professional organization. The position is suitable for an experienced operations professional who can evaluate administrative workflows, identify inefficiencies, establish service standards, and implement practical improvements.

The successful candidate will review office processes across areas such as administration, procurement, facilities, HR support, customer service, documentation, and internal communications. The Manager will work with department leaders to identify operational problems and develop measurable solutions.

A key objective of the position will be to create more consistent and efficient office processes. This may include introducing standard operating procedures, performance indicators, workflow automation, digital tools, and structured quality-control practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement office-quality and process-improvement programmes.
  • Review administrative workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Establish operational standards, procedures, and service-level expectations.
  • Monitor office-performance indicators and service-quality metrics.
  • Conduct process reviews across different administrative departments.
  • Develop corrective and preventive improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate process-improvement projects with department managers.
  • Introduce standardized documentation and workflow procedures.
  • Evaluate opportunities for automation and digital process transformation.
  • Monitor administrative costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Develop management reports on office performance and operational quality.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of internal procedures and service delivery.
  • Support employee training relating to new processes and operational standards.
  • Measure the results of improvement initiatives and recommend further enhancements.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in office operations, process improvement, quality management, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Understanding of process mapping, workflow optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital workflow and business-process-management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to operational detail.
