Lead operational performance across digital financial services, ensuring that critical processes, customer journeys, transaction workflows, and technology-enabled services operate efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational delivery across fintech products and financial-service processes.
• Establish operational standards, procedures, controls, and performance-management frameworks.
• Monitor transaction processing, service availability, customer requests, operational exceptions, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements through automation and operational redesign.
• Coordinate closely with product, technology, finance, compliance, risk, and customer-service teams.
• Develop operational dashboards and management reports covering service quality and performance.
• Investigate recurring operational incidents and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish service-level indicators and ensure appropriate escalation procedures are maintained.
• Support new product launches by developing operational readiness plans and procedures.
• Review vendor and third-party service performance against agreed requirements.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Ensure operational documentation remains accurate, structured, and accessible.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial operations, or technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional operational teams.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and transaction workflows.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with operational KPIs, process optimisation, automation, and service management.
• Strong stakeholder-management and leadership capabilities.
