About the role

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll support our talent acquisition team in delivering hiring excellence across 50+ entities worldwide. You’ll help manage recruitment processes end-to-end, build talent pipelines, and support stakeholders across the business. Main tasks and responsibilities

• Support the recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing to closing.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support stakeholders with recruitment updates and process guidance.
• Assist in tracking recruiting metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Help promote diversity, inclusion, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.

About you

• You have some experience in recruitment or a strong interest in starting a career in talent acquisition.
• You’re comfortable using recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), or eager to learn them quickly.
• You have strong communication and organisational skills.
• You’re detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and enjoy learning on the go.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
