1st level technical support to Banks employees
-
Receiving, processing and resolving user applications via telephone and remote desktop management
-
Expertly troubleshooting hardware and software issues
-
Managing user accounts, access permissions, and password resets with precision
-
Handling efficiently application registration and support.

Knowledge of MS Office applications
-
User-level knowledge of the Windows operating system;
-
Knowledge of ITIL processes;
-
Ability to learn quickly and willingness to help others;
-
Experience with incident bulletin processing;
-
Good Estonian and English language skills to be able to convincingly and easily explain to Baltic users how to perform certain technical actions over the phone.
