ABOUT THE JOB

Are you passionate about strengthening governance, risk management and compliance practices in the dynamic banking environment? We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Internal Auditor to join our team. In this key role, you will deliver audits and expert insights across GRC domain, along with supporting the organization in maintaining strong governance, internal control environment and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior management, control and business functions.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • By planning and executing audits covering governance, risk management and compliance processes across Luminor Group
  • Through identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for further improvement
  • By writing clear, concise audit findings and recommendations, communicating these to the responsible management and senior leadership
  • By collaborating with various organizational units while performing follow‑up activities related to issued audit findings or risk assessments
  • Through maintaining up to date awareness of regulatory developments, emerging risks, and best practices in GRC area

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (or working towards): CIA, CRMA, CAMS or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance or regulatory roles within finance institutions
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk and compliance frameworks as well as practices including requirements and expectations of ECB, EBA and local regulators
  • Strong analytical, communication (oral and written) and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English and Estonian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
