About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Auditor to evaluate business processes, financial controls, technology environments, and operational practices within a modern financial-services organization.

The successful candidate will conduct structured reviews, identify control weaknesses, assess operational risks, and provide practical recommendations that strengthen governance and organizational performance.

You will work with finance, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and management teams, requiring both professional independence and strong collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across financial and operational processes.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Review technology systems and related operational controls.
• Identify control deficiencies, process weaknesses, and potential risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations.
• Follow up on agreed remediation activities.
• Analyze business processes to identify efficiency and control improvements.
• Support risk-based audit planning.
• Review relevant documentation, transactions, procedures, and operational records.
• Present findings clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Audit, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in internal audit, external audit, financial controls, risk, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of control frameworks and audit methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
• Strong report-writing and documentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and professional independence.
• Relevant audit or accounting qualifications are advantageous.
