Position Overview

We are seeking a technically capable and service-oriented Information Technology Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technology support to employees and maintain the smooth operation of workplace IT systems. The successful candidate will assist users with hardware, software, network access, business applications, and other technology-related issues.

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys troubleshooting technical problems and communicating solutions clearly to people with different levels of technical knowledge. The IT Support Specialist will work within an office environment and collaborate with technology teams and external service providers to maintain reliable and secure IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to office employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workplace technology issues.
• Assist with computer setup, user accounts, and system access.
• Support the installation and maintenance of business applications.
• Monitor and report technical problems affecting office operations.
• Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.
• Assist with basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Support cybersecurity awareness and workplace technology policies.
• Coordinate technical issues with external IT suppliers when required.
• Help improve internal IT support processes and user experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or professional training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, or technical troubleshooting is preferred.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking and user-access management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Professional English communication skills; knowledge of Estonian is an advantage.
