Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global sales strategy for the payment gateway product.
- Drive business development and revenue growth across multiple regions.
- Identify and enter new markets, establishing a strong regional presence.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing international sales team.
- Set clear KPIs and ensure consistent team performance and accountability.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to align commercial efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the payments industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record in selling payment solutions (acquiring, issuing, or payment gateway).
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and merchant needs.
- Experience driving expansion into new markets and regions.
