As our product portfolio expands, we are seeking an experienced product leader to establish a clear product strategy, strengthen execution, and ensure that product investments deliver measurable business results.

Role Overview

The Head of Product will lead product strategy, roadmap development, and portfolio management across the organisation. You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations to align product initiatives with commercial objectives and customer needs.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify market opportunities, prioritise investments, develop strong product teams, and establish effective product management practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the organisation’s product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead product discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Translate company objectives into product priorities, measurable outcomes, and investment plans.
• Oversee product portfolio planning, balancing new product development with enhancements to existing solutions.
• Establish product performance metrics, objectives, and reporting processes to measure commercial and customer outcomes.
• Work with engineering and design leadership to ensure effective delivery of product initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and align product decisions with business strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, Product Owners, and other product professionals.
• Establish consistent product discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, and launch practices.
• Evaluate market trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Manage product investment decisions by assessing expected value, delivery complexity, resource requirements, and commercial risks.
• Present product strategy, portfolio performance, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
• Promote a customer-focused, evidence-based product culture throughout the organisation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in product management, including leadership of product strategy or multidisciplinary product teams.
• Demonstrated success developing product roadmaps and delivering products aligned with business objectives.
• Experience managing product portfolios, prioritisation frameworks, budgets, or product investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, customer research, market analysis, and performance measurement.
• Experience working closely with software engineering, UX/UI design, commercial, and operational teams.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or another technology-driven industry is an advantage.
• Professional English proficiency; Estonian language skills are beneficial.
