A specialist role supporting the operational performance of digital financial products throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of digital financial products and related service processes.
• Monitor product activity, transaction flows, operational performance, and service issues.
• Investigate product-related exceptions and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Work closely with product, engineering, compliance, finance, and customer operations teams.
• Assist with product launches, system updates, configuration changes, and operational readiness activities.
• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate new product functionality.
• Maintain product procedures, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
• Track recurring issues and contribute to sustainable corrective actions.
• Assist with improving controls around financial transactions and product operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the fintech product environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or technology-enabled operations.
• Understanding of digital financial products and transaction-based services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with operational systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and business applications.
• Good understanding of process improvement and technology implementation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
