Role Overview
The Growth Manager will develop and execute initiatives that increase customer acquisition, product adoption, transaction activity, and revenue across fintech products. The role combines commercial strategy, customer analytics, digital marketing, experimentation, and product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for fintech products and digital financial services.
• Analyze customer acquisition, activation, retention, and transaction behavior.
• Identify opportunities to increase product usage and customer lifetime value.
• Design and evaluate growth experiments across digital channels.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve customer journeys.
• Develop customer-segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Monitor conversion rates, engagement metrics, transaction volumes, and revenue performance.
• Analyze competitors and emerging market opportunities.
• Coordinate campaigns and initiatives with marketing and commercial teams.
• Use customer and product data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop executive reports covering growth performance and strategic recommendations.
• Continuously optimize acquisition and retention initiatives based on measurable results.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in fintech, banking, digital products, technology, or growth management.
• Strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Understanding of digital customer acquisition and product-growth principles.
• Experience with analytics, dashboards, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
