We are looking for an FX Trading Operations Manager to oversee the operational infrastructure supporting foreign-exchange trading, execution, settlement, and liquidity management.

This is a high-responsibility role for an operations professional who understands the complete trade lifecycle and can build reliable processes around increasingly automated FX environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of FX transactions from execution through settlement.
• Coordinate trade confirmation, reconciliation, settlement, and exception management.
• Monitor operational performance across FX trading workflows.
• Work closely with liquidity providers, brokers, banking partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls.
• Develop procedures for resolving trade discrepancies and settlement exceptions.
• Support integration of trading platforms, APIs, liquidity systems, and back-office technology.
• Produce operational reporting and performance metrics for senior management.
• Contribute to automation initiatives designed to improve processing efficiency.
• Ensure operational procedures remain aligned with applicable financial-services requirements.
• Lead process improvements across trading operations and treasury functions.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in FX operations, trading operations, treasury, brokerage, or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of FX trade lifecycles and settlement processes.
• Experience working with trading platforms, liquidity providers, or financial APIs.
• Excellent reconciliation and exception-management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and financial controls.
• Comfortable working with technology and process-automation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English; additional European languages are an advantage.
