We are seeking a Blockchain Operations Manager to oversee the administrative, operational, and cross-functional processes supporting blockchain products and digital-asset activities.

This role is designed for a highly organised professional who can bring structure to a fast-moving technology environment while coordinating teams, documentation, vendors, internal controls, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities across blockchain programmes.
• Maintain operational procedures, records, documentation, and internal workflows.
• Coordinate communication between technology, compliance, finance, legal, and product teams.
• Track operational deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and project dependencies.
• Support onboarding and administration of technology and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records relating to blockchain products, transactions, vendors, and operational activities.
• Prepare management reports, meeting materials, operational dashboards, and performance updates.
• Coordinate internal reviews, audits, compliance requests, and documentation exercises.
• Identify administrative bottlenecks and implement more efficient processes.
• Support senior leadership with planning, scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, fintech, technology, or financial services.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities.
• Excellent proficiency with productivity, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Understanding of blockchain, digital assets, or financial technology is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
