An international financial-technology organisation in Estonia is seeking an FX Full-Stack Developer to create sophisticated applications used across foreign-exchange trading, account management, market analysis, and financial operations.

This position combines modern frontend engineering with robust backend development. You will work across the technology stack while contributing to products where usability, performance, security, and financial accuracy are equally important.

What You Will Build

• Responsive trading and financial dashboards.
• Real-time market-data interfaces.
• Client-facing FX account and portfolio functionality.
• Trading workflows and order-management interfaces.
• Backend APIs supporting trading applications.
• Data visualisation and financial analytics components.
• Notification and event-driven application features.
• Secure authentication and account-management functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs.
• Integrate real-time market data into user-facing applications.
• Implement secure and intuitive trading workflows.
• Ensure accurate presentation of prices, balances, positions, orders, and transaction information.
• Improve frontend performance and application responsiveness.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers.
• Diagnose production issues across both frontend and backend systems.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, documentation, and engineering standards.

Technology

The environment may include TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java, PostgreSQL, Redis, WebSockets, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services.

Candidate Profile

• Strong professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Excellent JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend APIs.
• Understanding of real-time application architecture.
• Solid database and data-modelling skills.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of application security and performance.
• Previous exposure to fintech, trading, banking, payments, or FX is highly desirable.
• Ability to produce clean, maintainable, production-ready software.
