Position Overview

A technology-driven organisation in Estonia is seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Developer to build, enhance, and maintain modern digital products across frontend and backend environments.

The position is suited to a developer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and can contribute across the complete software-development lifecycle—from system design and API development to user-facing applications, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build reliable backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Develop responsive and accessible frontend interfaces.
• Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable software.
• Integrate internal systems with third-party services and APIs.
• Develop reusable software components and technical solutions.
• Optimise application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Write automated unit, integration, and functional tests.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Work with DevOps specialists on CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.
• Contribute to software architecture and engineering standards.

Technical Profile

• Professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Backend experience with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go.
• Strong SQL and database-development capabilities.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of software-engineering principles and development methodologies.
• Experience with fintech, SaaS, payments, financial platforms, or other data-intensive systems is advantageous.
