We are looking for an experienced software engineer to develop and optimise systems responsible for FX order routing, execution workflows, liquidity connectivity, and trade processing.

This is a hands-on engineering role for a developer who is interested in high-performance financial systems and wants to work on technology where reliability, speed, and precision are fundamental.

The Engineering Mission

You will contribute to the execution layer connecting trading applications with liquidity providers and external trading venues. Your work will help ensure that orders are processed consistently and that the surrounding infrastructure remains resilient under demanding market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FX order-execution services.
• Build connectivity with liquidity providers, brokers, and trading venues.
• Implement order-routing and execution workflows.
• Develop services for order validation, status management, and trade processing.
• Process real-time market information and execution events.
• Improve system latency, throughput, resilience, and fault tolerance.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Investigate execution-related incidents and production failures.
• Implement monitoring, metrics, tracing, and operational tooling.
• Participate in technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Collaborate with quantitative developers, infrastructure engineers, product specialists, and trading-technology teams.

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Java, C#, Go, Rust, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and concurrent programming.
• Experience building APIs and event-driven services.
• Familiarity with Linux and production-grade development environments.
• Strong understanding of databases and messaging technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or CI/CD.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol or electronic trading connectivity is advantageous.
• Practical understanding of FX markets or brokerage technology is highly desirable.
