Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications that support business operations and digital product growth. The successful candidate will work across frontend and backend systems, translating product requirements into reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions.

This role is suited to a developer who combines strong programming fundamentals with practical problem-solving skills and an understanding of modern software development practices. You will collaborate with designers, product specialists, and other engineers to deliver high-quality applications while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous technical improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Build reusable user interface components and implement accessible, performance-focused designs.

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.

• Work with relational and non-relational databases to support efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in accordance with established development standards.

• Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and application security issues.

• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, testing, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver features within agreed timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least three years of experience in full-stack or web application development.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and experience with a modern frontend framework such as React or Vue.js.

• Practical backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or a comparable technology.

• Familiarity with SQL databases, API design, Git, automated testing, and application deployment.

• Understanding of web security, responsive design, and software performance optimisation.

• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Technical Environment

React, TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Git, automated testing, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
