Forex Broker

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional Forex Broker to facilitate foreign exchange trading services, maintain strong client relationships, and support efficient execution of currency transactions. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of forex markets, trading instruments, pricing, and client account requirements.

This position requires a commercially minded professional who can communicate market information clearly, respond to client enquiries, and coordinate with trading and operations teams to deliver a reliable brokerage experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate foreign exchange transactions in accordance with approved brokerage procedures and client instructions.

• Provide clients with accurate information about currency pairs, spreads, trading conditions, margin requirements, and execution processes.

• Monitor market developments and communicate relevant currency-market updates to clients without making misleading promises about returns.

• Support client onboarding, account documentation, identity verification, and account maintenance.

• Coordinate with trading operations to resolve execution queries, transaction discrepancies, and account-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records of client communications, trading instructions, and service activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve client retention through responsive service and professional relationship management.

• Follow applicable regulatory requirements, internal controls, and anti-money laundering procedures.

• Work collaboratively with compliance, risk, and customer support teams to address client concerns.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

• Two or more years of experience in forex brokerage, financial services, trading support, or investment services.

• Good understanding of major currency pairs, forex pricing, leverage, spreads, margin, and order execution.

• Familiarity with brokerage platforms and client relationship management systems.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential financial information.

• Professional proficiency in English; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
