A technology-led FX business in Estonia is seeking a Foreign Exchange Client Support Specialist to provide knowledgeable, responsive support to clients using digital foreign-exchange services.

The position goes beyond conventional customer service. You will develop a strong understanding of FX products, transaction workflows, account operations, payment processes, and platform functionality while helping clients resolve issues efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries relating to FX accounts, currency conversions, transfers, and platform functionality.
• Explain FX-related processes clearly and professionally to clients.
• Investigate transaction, payment, account, and platform-related issues.
• Coordinate complex cases with operations, compliance, payments, and technology teams.
• Monitor unresolved client cases and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Assist clients with onboarding and account-related processes.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product and technology teams.
• Maintain accurate case records and client communications.
• Escalate potential operational, security, or compliance concerns through established procedures.
• Contribute to improving support documentation, FAQs, and client-facing guidance.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in FX, fintech, banking, payments, brokerage, or financial customer support.
• Genuine understanding of foreign-exchange terminology and transaction processes.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical or financial concepts in straightforward language.
• Strong attention to detail and case-management discipline.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, financial platforms, ticketing tools, and digital communication channels.
