We are looking for a confident and commercially aware Foreign Exchange Client Solutions Specialist to join an international financial-services environment in Estonia.

This role is designed for someone who understands that supporting FX clients requires more than answering questions. It requires financial-market knowledge, attention to detail, technical understanding, sound judgement, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

You will work directly with clients while collaborating with operations, technology, compliance, payments, and trading-support teams.

Your Mission

Your responsibility will be to help clients navigate FX services effectively while ensuring that every interaction is handled professionally and in accordance with established procedures.

You will:

• Support international clients using FX trading and financial services.
• Respond to enquiries relating to trading accounts, transactions, currency conversion, deposits, withdrawals, and platform functionality.
• Explain FX processes and platform features clearly and accurately.
• Investigate transaction, account, pricing, and technical issues.
• Coordinate complex cases with operations, technology, compliance, and payments teams.
• Monitor open client cases through to resolution.
• Escalate sensitive or unusual cases according to internal procedures.
• Assist with onboarding-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and investigations.
• Identify recurring client issues and communicate them to product and technology teams.
• Contribute to client-support documentation and knowledge bases.
• Maintain strong knowledge of FX terminology and trading-platform functionality.
• Support clients through approved communication channels including email, chat, and telephone.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a professional who combines financial knowledge with exceptional communication skills.

You should have:

• 2+ years of experience in forex, brokerage, banking, fintech, payments, or financial-services support.
• Practical understanding of foreign exchange markets.
• Knowledge of common FX trading terminology.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical or financial concepts simply.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
