We are seeking a technically minded Fintech Treasury Systems Specialist to support the systems and processes underlying liquidity management, cash operations, payment flows, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

This is a specialist position for a professional who understands both financial operations and technology. You will help improve the systems connecting treasury activities with digital financial infrastructure.

The Role

You will work alongside treasury, finance, engineering, payments, risk, and operations teams to ensure financial systems provide accurate, timely, and reliable information for operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technology platforms used for treasury and financial operations.
• Analyse cash, liquidity, payment, settlement, and reconciliation workflows.
• Coordinate system improvements across treasury and engineering teams.
• Develop and document functional requirements for treasury technology.
• Support integration between banking platforms, payment systems, accounting systems, and internal applications.
• Analyse reconciliation breaks and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Improve automation of treasury and financial-operational processes.
• Support reporting and data requirements for treasury management.
• Monitor system performance and identify operational risks.
• Assist with implementation and testing of new financial-system capabilities.
• Maintain process documentation and operational procedures.
• Work with finance and technology teams on data-quality improvements.
• Support audits, controls, and technology reviews involving treasury processes.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in treasury technology, fintech, banking operations, financial systems, payments, or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, settlement, reconciliation, and financial operations.
• Experience working with financial systems and technology platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, reporting platforms, and system integrations.
• Understanding of financial controls and data integrity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance and technology professionals.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Professional English communication skills.
