Role Summary

The Fintech Treasury Systems Implementation Analyst will support the configuration, testing and implementation of technology solutions used for treasury management and financial operations. The position involves gathering system requirements, analysing treasury workflows, validating financial data and assisting with the deployment of systems that improve cash visibility and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with treasury professionals, software developers, implementation consultants and client-facing teams to ensure that financial systems meet operational requirements.

This role is suited to an analytical professional with an understanding of treasury processes and an interest in applying technology to improve financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of treasury management systems and related financial technology applications.

• Gather and document business requirements relating to cash management, liquidity monitoring and financial reporting.

• Analyse existing treasury workflows and identify opportunities for system improvements.

• Assist with configuring system parameters, reporting structures and operational workflows.

• Validate banking data, account information and financial records during implementation activities.

• Support connectivity testing between treasury platforms, banking systems and external financial service providers.

• Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing before implementation releases.

• Investigate data discrepancies, system configuration issues and reporting inconsistencies.

• Work with developers and technical specialists to resolve implementation-related problems.

• Prepare user guides, implementation documentation and system configuration records.

• Assist with the migration and validation of financial information from existing systems.

• Monitor implementation progress and coordinate outstanding technical or operational requirements.

• Support training activities for users adopting new treasury technology solutions.

• Prepare reports covering implementation status, system performance and outstanding issues.

• Contribute to continuous improvements in treasury system functionality and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems or Business Administration.

• Professional experience in treasury operations, financial systems implementation, fintech or financial technology support.

• Understanding of cash management, liquidity reporting, banking operations and financial data processes.

• Familiarity with treasury management systems or enterprise financial applications.

• Knowledge of financial data reconciliation and system validation procedures.

• Experience with Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Understanding of banking connectivity, payment systems and financial data exchange.

• Familiarity with SQL, APIs or data migration processes is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to translate financial requirements into practical system specifications.

• Experience supporting software implementation or user acceptance testing is beneficial.
