Role Summary

The Digital Asset Operations Analyst will support the operational management and monitoring of digital asset transactions, account activities, and related financial records.

The position involves transaction reconciliation, wallet activity monitoring, operational reporting, and the investigation of transaction discrepancies. The successful candidate will work remotely from Estonia while collaborating with finance, compliance, risk, and technology teams to maintain accurate operational records and effective transaction controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital asset transactions and associated operational activities.

• Review transaction records and investigate processing discrepancies.

• Support the reconciliation of digital asset balances and internal financial records.

• Monitor wallet-related transaction activity and settlement confirmations.

• Maintain accurate records of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and transaction statuses.

• Investigate delayed, unsuccessful, or irregular digital asset transactions.

• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve transaction processing issues.

• Assist with operational controls relating to digital asset transfers and account activities.

• Prepare regular reports covering transaction volumes, operational exceptions, and reconciliation outcomes.

• Support internal reviews of transaction records and operational documentation.

• Collaborate with compliance teams on transaction monitoring and record-keeping requirements.

• Monitor changes in digital asset transaction procedures and operational workflows.

• Identify opportunities to improve transaction reconciliation and reporting processes.

• Contribute to the development of operational guidelines and control procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in fintech operations, digital asset services, banking operations, or financial reconciliation.

• Understanding of blockchain transactions, digital wallets, and cryptocurrency transaction processes.

• Familiarity with transaction monitoring and financial record reconciliation.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Understanding of blockchain explorers and transaction verification is an advantage.

• Knowledge of digital asset compliance and financial transaction controls is beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
