Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client and business requirements relating to digital financial services.
• Assess existing financial processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solution requirements.
• Work with product, engineering, operations, and implementation teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Support the design of payment, banking, financial-data, and digital-service workflows.
• Prepare solution documentation, process diagrams, requirements specifications, and implementation materials.
• Participate in solution demonstrations, testing, and implementation activities.
• Analyse integration requirements involving APIs, banking platforms, payment providers, and third-party services.
• Identify potential operational, technical, and implementation risks.
• Support post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of fintech solutions and delivery practices.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial technology consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and technology-enabled business processes.
• Excellent requirements-analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, databases, or cloud platforms is beneficial.
• Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in clear business terms.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Professional English proficiency.
