Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fintech Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of critical digital financial services.

You will work across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and operations to build reliable systems capable of supporting high-volume and business-critical financial workloads.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and operate highly available production systems.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance across critical services.
• Establish meaningful service-level indicators and reliability objectives.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation.
• Improve system observability through metrics, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Develop automation that reduces manual operational work.
• Support capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain resilient deployment and rollback processes.
• Participate in incident-response and post-incident review activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve application reliability.
• Contribute to disaster-recovery and business-continuity capabilities.
• Improve infrastructure scalability across cloud environments.

Technical Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent Linux and networking knowledge.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with observability platforms and monitoring systems.
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience with high-availability or financial systems is highly desirable.
• Strong incident-management and troubleshooting capabilities.
