We are seeking a Fintech Risk & Compliance Lead to strengthen risk management and compliance across technology-driven financial products.

The successful candidate will work across product, operations, technology, legal, and compliance functions to ensure that innovation is supported by robust controls and well-defined risk frameworks.

What You Will Lead

• Develop and maintain risk and compliance frameworks for fintech products.
• Assess regulatory and operational risks associated with new products and features.
• Support AML, KYC, transaction-monitoring, and financial-crime risk processes.
• Conduct product and operational risk assessments.
• Establish controls, procedures, monitoring mechanisms, and escalation processes.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate compliance into product development.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to financial technology.
• Coordinate internal control reviews and remediation initiatives.
• Analyse risk indicators and prepare reports for senior management.
• Support audits, regulatory engagements, and compliance improvement programmes.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in fintech, banking, compliance, risk management, AML, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial-services regulatory frameworks and risk controls.
• Practical knowledge of KYC, AML/CTF, transaction monitoring, and operational risk.
• Experience working with technology and product teams.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Relevant professional qualifications in compliance, risk, AML, or financial services are advantageous.
