We are seeking a Digital Assets Compliance Specialist to support compliance operations across blockchain-based financial products and digital-asset activities.

The position combines regulatory analysis, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, and operational compliance. You will work closely with compliance, legal, product, risk, and technology teams to ensure that blockchain services are developed and operated within applicable regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Support compliance frameworks for digital-asset and blockchain products.
• Conduct regulatory assessments for new products, features, and market initiatives.
• Support customer due-diligence and enhanced-due-diligence processes where required.
• Review transaction-monitoring alerts and investigate potentially unusual activity.
• Assist with blockchain transaction analysis and digital-asset risk investigations.
• Maintain compliance procedures, controls, and internal documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital assets and financial technology.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on compliance-by-design initiatives.
• Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and management information.
• Support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory engagements.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in financial services compliance, AML, risk, fintech, or digital assets.
• Working knowledge of AML/CTF principles and customer due-diligence frameworks.
• Understanding of blockchain transactions, wallets, exchanges, and digital-asset ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.
• Comfortable working with technology and compliance teams.
• Relevant compliance, AML, financial-crime, or regulatory qualifications are advantageous.
