We are looking for a commercially and analytically minded Fintech Product Strategy Lead to shape the next generation of digital financial products in Estonia.

The role sits at the intersection of product management, financial services, technology, customer experience, and commercial strategy. You will transform market opportunities and customer needs into clearly defined product initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

Your Mission

Build a product strategy that balances customer value, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and sustainable commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies across fintech and digital-finance solutions.
• Research market trends, customer behaviour, competitors, and emerging financial technologies.
• Identify opportunities for new products, features, and revenue streams.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and launch criteria.
• Analyse product performance and use data to guide prioritisation.
• Coordinate product launches across technology, operations, compliance, marketing, and customer teams.
• Maintain strong awareness of European financial-services developments and regulatory requirements.
• Present strategic recommendations and product performance to senior stakeholders.

Ideal Background

• 6+ years in fintech, digital banking, payments, financial software, or technology product management.
• Proven experience managing complex digital products.
• Strong understanding of financial-services business models.
• Excellent analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience working with Agile product and engineering environments.
