Fintech Product Operations Manager

A growing fintech organisation in Estonia is seeking a highly capable Fintech Product Operations Manager to bring greater structure, efficiency, and operational excellence to the delivery of digital financial products.

This is a cross-functional role for an experienced professional who understands how fintech products move from strategy and development into reliable day-to-day operation. You will connect product management, engineering, customer operations, compliance, risk, and business teams to ensure products perform effectively throughout their lifecycle.

What You Will Own

• Establish scalable operating processes for fintech product teams.
• Coordinate product launches, operational readiness, migrations, and major product changes.
• Develop frameworks for monitoring product performance, service quality, incidents, and operational risks.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements across product operations.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and support teams during incidents affecting customers or financial transactions.
• Maintain operational documentation, product procedures, workflows, and escalation frameworks.
• Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into product processes.
• Analyse customer, transaction, and operational data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms for product leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• Help develop scalable processes as the organisation expands into additional European markets.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, product operations, business operations, or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and technology-enabled operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement capabilities.
• Comfortable working with product, engineering, compliance, risk, and customer-facing teams.
• Excellent organisational and written communication skills.
• Experience working in rapidly evolving technology environments is highly valued.
