A technology-driven financial services organisation is seeking a Fintech Product Operations Lead to strengthen the operational performance of its digital financial products.

This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who understands fintech products from both a customer and operational perspective and can coordinate complex processes across product, technology, compliance, support, finance, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish operational frameworks supporting the successful delivery of fintech products.
• Monitor product performance, operational efficiency, customer-impacting issues, and service quality.
• Coordinate product launches, feature releases, process changes, and operational readiness activities.
• Work with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve recurring operational problems.
• Develop workflows for escalations, incidents, customer-impacting issues, and service improvements.
• Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure operational processes meet applicable requirements.
• Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and product-operation controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to significant platform or transaction issues.
• Establish operational KPIs and provide regular performance insights to senior leadership.
• Support continuous improvement across customer onboarding, payments, account services, and other digital financial processes.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, product operations, business operations, or technology operations.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and technology-enabled customer journeys.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple teams and managing complex operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with product-management and engineering teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with payment operations, digital banking, transaction processing, or financial platforms is strongly preferred.
