An established digital-finance business in Estonia is looking for a Fintech Product Growth Director to lead the intersection of product strategy, customer adoption, commercial performance, and sustainable growth.

The role is designed for a senior product leader who can combine customer insight with rigorous experimentation and financial-services expertise. You will work across product, marketing, analytics, technology, and commercial teams to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable product outcomes.

The Opportunity

You will own the growth strategy for selected fintech products, developing initiatives that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and customer value without compromising product quality or operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop product-growth strategies aligned with commercial and customer objectives.
• Identify opportunities across the complete customer lifecycle.
• Establish growth hypotheses and prioritise initiatives using quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Lead experimentation programmes across product journeys and digital channels.
• Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and commercial teams.
• Analyse customer behaviour, conversion data, retention, transaction activity, and product economics.
• Develop dashboards and performance frameworks for senior leadership.
• Identify friction within onboarding, activation, payments, account usage, and other key journeys.
• Translate customer and market insights into product improvements.
• Coordinate market-expansion initiatives and product localisation where required.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to executive stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, technology products, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading product-growth or product-strategy initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer analytics, experimentation, product metrics, and commercial performance.
• Excellent knowledge of digital financial products.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with quantitative data and translating analysis into business decisions.
• Experience operating across European markets is valuable.
