Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Fintech Product Designer to design intuitive, trustworthy, and high-performing digital experiences across financial products and platforms.

You will work at the intersection of user experience, interface design, product strategy, and financial technology. The role requires someone who can transform complex financial workflows into clear, accessible experiences without compromising functionality, security, or regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for digital banking, payments, financial platforms, and related products.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Develop information architecture for complex financial workflows.
• Create responsive web and mobile interfaces that meet modern accessibility and usability standards.
• Build and maintain reusable components within a scalable design system.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, compliance teams, and business stakeholders.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design rationale.
• Use customer feedback and product analytics to identify opportunities for UX improvement.
• Participate in design reviews and continuously refine product experiences.
• Ensure designs remain consistent across customer journeys and product touchpoints.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI or product-design experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing digital products from discovery through delivery.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Excellent understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Experience with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital-product work.
• Fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or other data-intensive product experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional English; Estonian or another European language is an advantage.
