Position Overview

A technology-focused financial services environment in Estonia is seeking a Fintech Product Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of digital financial products. The position combines financial-services knowledge, business analysis, customer insight, and technology to help transform business requirements into effective digital solutions.

The successful candidate will work across product, engineering, operations, compliance, and customer-facing teams, helping ensure that fintech products are functional, scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business and customer requirements for digital financial products.
• Translate requirements into clear product specifications and functional documentation.
• Evaluate existing fintech workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with software engineers, designers, QA specialists, and operations teams.
• Support product discovery, feature definition, testing, and release activities.
• Analyse customer behaviour, product usage, transaction data, and operational feedback.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and validate functionality against requirements.
• Document workflows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and product processes.
• Monitor product performance and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
• Support digital payment, account, transaction, and financial-service initiatives.
• Consider data protection, security, compliance, and operational requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare analytical reports and recommendations based on relevant product data.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, technology, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of digital financial products and technology-enabled services.
• Ability to work with product documentation, process diagrams, data, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, payment systems, or software-development workflows is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
