A leading digital finance environment is seeking a Fintech Health Systems Specialist to support the development and operation of financial technology solutions designed for the healthcare sector in Estonia. The role combines fintech expertise with healthcare payment systems, digital financial services, and secure transaction infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and optimisation of fintech solutions for healthcare providers and related organisations.
• Analyse healthcare payment processes and identify opportunities for automation and improved financial efficiency.
• Help integrate payment platforms, digital wallets, billing systems, and financial APIs with healthcare applications.
• Monitor transaction processes and investigate payment errors, reconciliation issues, and system inconsistencies.
• Work with technology, finance, compliance, and healthcare stakeholders to improve digital payment workflows.
• Contribute to the implementation of secure financial data processes in accordance with applicable European requirements.
• Prepare technical and operational documentation for healthcare fintech solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fintech, financial technology, healthcare technology, payments, or a closely related field.
• Understanding of digital payment systems, financial APIs, and transaction processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with data security, financial compliance, and digital identity concepts.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Estonian is an advantage.
