Role Summary

The Fintech Customer Implementation Manager will oversee the onboarding and implementation of financial technology solutions for new business customers. The role involves coordinating implementation activities, understanding customer requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring that customers are prepared to use the services effectively.

The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between customers and internal teams, helping to ensure that implementation projects are completed efficiently and that operational requirements are properly addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation projects from initial handover through configuration, testing, and launch.

• Coordinate implementation schedules, milestones, dependencies, and customer deliverables.

• Conduct onboarding discussions to understand customer business processes and technical requirements.

• Work with technical teams to coordinate platform configuration and integration activities.

• Ensure that customer requirements are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor implementation progress and proactively address delays or project risks.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing and confirm that agreed functionality meets customer expectations.

• Maintain implementation records, project documentation, and progress reports.

• Provide customers with guidance on platform setup, operational workflows, and service usage.

• Coordinate the resolution of implementation-related issues and escalate technical blockers when necessary.

• Work with customer success teams to support a smooth transition into ongoing service management.

• Identify recurring implementation challenges and recommend improvements to onboarding procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in customer implementation, project management, client onboarding, or financial technology operations.

• Understanding of digital financial products, payment platforms, banking technology, or financial software.

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them to technical teams.

• Experience managing implementation timelines, project documentation, and operational dependencies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with project management platforms and customer relationship management systems.

• Ability to manage several implementation projects simultaneously.

• Experience with API integrations, payment technology, or enterprise software implementation is an advantage.
