Responsibilities

• Support technology-enabled compliance processes across fintech products and services.
• Analyse business and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical system requirements.
• Assist with the configuration and testing of compliance-related technology solutions.
• Support customer screening, transaction monitoring, verification, and compliance workflows.
• Review system-generated alerts and identify operational or data-quality issues.
• Work with compliance, engineering, product, and operations teams to improve automated controls.
• Assist with testing new financial products and technology integrations from a compliance perspective.
• Maintain accurate documentation covering compliance workflows, system controls, and operational procedures.
• Analyse compliance-related data and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve manual compliance processes through automation.
• Support system changes, implementation projects, and periodic control reviews.
• Investigate recurring technology or workflow issues affecting compliance processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, compliance technology, financial operations, or a related environment.
• Understanding of digital financial products and technology-enabled compliance processes.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, screening, or financial controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with financial data and technology platforms.
• Experience with databases, reporting tools, workflow systems, or APIs is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and regulatory teams.
• Professional English proficiency.
