The Role

We are looking for a Fintech Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk-management activities within a modern financial technology environment in Estonia.

The position will work closely with compliance, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure that fintech services are developed and operated according to applicable regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day compliance activities across fintech products and services.
• Review business processes and identify potential compliance gaps.
• Assist with KYC, AML, transaction-monitoring, and customer due-diligence processes.
• Maintain compliance documentation, procedures, and internal records.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting financial technology and digital financial services.
• Support internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Investigate and escalate potentially unusual or non-compliant activity.
• Work with operational and technology teams to strengthen compliance controls.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate audit trails.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, compliance, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of AML, KYC, financial-services controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret policies and regulatory requirements accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant compliance, legal, finance, or business qualification is advantageous.
