An international fintech environment in Estonia is seeking a Fintech Business Services Assistant to provide structured administrative and operational support across multiple business functions.

The role is suited to a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with information, coordinating processes, supporting colleagues, and keeping business activities moving efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to operational and business teams.
• Maintain corporate records, digital files, registers, and correspondence.
• Assist with preparation of internal reports and business documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Support procurement, supplier administration, and office-related requests.
• Assist with employee documentation and onboarding activities.
• Process routine administrative requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support finance and operations teams with documentation and information gathering.
• Assist compliance and internal-control teams with administrative requirements.
• Maintain accurate databases and digital records.
• Help organise internal projects, workshops, and company activities.
• Identify recurring administrative issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Protect confidential business, employee, financial, and operational information.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in administration, business support, operations, banking, fintech, or a related professional environment.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, document-management systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
