About the Position

We are seeking a Fintech Business Analyst to help translate business needs into effective technology and financial-service solutions.

You will work with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, finance, and compliance to understand business requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of fintech products and improvements.

What You Will Do

• Gather, analyse, and document business and product requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify operational and product challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Map existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Support the development and implementation of fintech products and features.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with software teams throughout development and testing.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality.
• Analyse product and operational data to support business decisions.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging financial-technology solutions.

What You Bring

• Professional experience in business analysis, fintech, banking, payments, or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of business-process analysis and requirements management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.
• Experience working with Agile or other structured product-development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SQL, process-modelling tools, or BI platforms is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, and commercially aware, with the ability to understand both business objectives and technology requirements. Experience within a regulated financial environment will be particularly valuable.
