The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially aware Fintech Business Operations Manager to coordinate critical operational processes across a growing financial technology organization.

This role is designed for a professional who enjoys connecting teams, improving workflows, monitoring operational performance, and turning business requirements into structured execution.

What You Will Own

Business Operations

• Coordinate operational processes across finance, product, technology, customer operations, and compliance.
• Establish clear workflows, responsibilities, and operating procedures.
• Monitor operational performance and identify process bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.

Process Improvement

• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Develop documentation, process maps, and operating procedures.
• Introduce practical improvements to reduce manual work and operational friction.
• Support automation initiatives across business operations.

Performance Management

• Develop operational dashboards and recurring management reports.
• Track service levels, operational metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Investigate recurring operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Present relevant operational insights to management.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with department leaders and functional specialists.
• Coordinate projects involving multiple business units.
• Maintain action plans, timelines, and implementation trackers.
• Ensure key operational initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, fintech operations, consulting, banking, payments, or technology.
• Strong process-management and project-coordination capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience developing operational metrics and reports.
• Strong stakeholder-management abilities.
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience within a fast-growing technology environment is highly valued.
