A technology-driven financial organisation in Estonia is looking for a Financial Technology Product Specialist to help transform complex financial requirements into intuitive, scalable digital products.

This is a cross-functional role for someone who can understand financial services, technology, customer behaviour, and operational requirements—and translate them into clearly defined product solutions.

What You Will Do

• Analyse opportunities for improving digital financial products and services.
• Translate business and customer requirements into structured product specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, compliance specialists, and operations teams.
• Define product workflows, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and user journeys.
• Support the development of payment, account, transaction, onboarding, and financial-management features.
• Analyse product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Coordinate product testing, validation, and release preparation.
• Monitor customer feedback and operational data to identify recurring product issues.
• Contribute to product documentation and internal knowledge bases.
• Help ensure new features align with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, financial software, or a closely related technology environment.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
• Ability to work comfortably with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex requirements into practical product specifications.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, payment flows, databases, analytics, or software-development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
