A project-oriented fintech role supporting the implementation of new financial systems, platforms, and digital services. The position combines business analysis, technology coordination, testing, documentation, and implementation support to ensure that new solutions are introduced effectively.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new fintech platforms, applications, and financial services.
• Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate implementation activities between product, engineering, operations, finance, and external technology providers.
• Assist with system configuration, data preparation, testing, and deployment.
• Develop implementation plans, process documentation, test scenarios, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and coordinate the resolution of identified issues.
• Monitor implementation progress and maintain records of outstanding actions and dependencies.
• Support data migration and validation activities when new systems are introduced.
• Analyse existing processes and identify areas that can be improved through new technology.
• Assist with integrations involving payment providers, banking platforms, APIs, and third-party services.
• Support post-launch monitoring and identify issues requiring corrective action.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes and project delivery standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Business Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting technology projects, fintech implementations, banking systems, or digital financial services.
• Strong organisational and project-coordination abilities.
• Understanding of software implementation and system-development processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or financial applications is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project activities.
• Professional English proficiency.
