  • Track key financial performance indicators and help develop consistent definitions and reporting standards across departments.

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to evaluate business initiatives, operational changes, investment proposals, and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Improve financial reporting processes through better spreadsheet models, standardised templates, automation, and documented procedures.

  • Maintain clear documentation of financial assumptions, calculation methods, forecast changes, and reporting outputs.

  • Work with accounting teams to understand month-end results and ensure that management analysis reflects the latest available financial information.

  • Support continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting practices while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and data controls.

  • Ability to manage recurring reporting cycles, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy when working with multiple datasets.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.

  • ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualifications or ongoing studies are advantageous.
