Role Overview
The Finance Administrator will provide structured administrative support across financial operations, documentation, reporting, invoicing, reconciliation, and internal financial processes. The position is suited to a detail-oriented professional who understands the importance of accuracy in a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organized financial and administrative records.
• Assist with invoices, payment documentation, expense records, and financial correspondence.
• Support transaction reconciliation and investigate basic discrepancies.
• Prepare spreadsheets, financial summaries, and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing financial activities.
• Assist finance teams with account documentation and payment processing.
• Coordinate financial documents between internal departments and external service providers.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, approvals, and administrative actions.
• Support budgeting and expense-tracking activities.
• Assist with periodic financial reporting and management information.
• Maintain confidential financial records in accordance with internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative and financial workflows through automation.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in finance administration, accounting support, banking, fintech, or office operations.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel or comparable spreadsheet applications.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong document-management and record-keeping abilities.
• Professional communication and time-management skills.
