About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive to provide senior-level direction across strategic business initiatives, digital finance programs, operational performance, and organizational growth.

The role is intended for an experienced professional who can operate comfortably across commercial, technological, financial, and operational functions. The successful candidate will help translate organizational objectives into measurable initiatives while maintaining strong oversight of execution, performance, and long-term development.

You will work with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate opportunities, resolve complex challenges, and ensure strategic programs remain aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across strategic and operational initiatives.
• Translate organizational objectives into measurable business programs.
• Review financial, operational, and commercial performance.
• Lead high-priority transformation and growth initiatives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic business proposals.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders across technology, finance, product, and operations.
• Establish performance expectations and monitor organizational outcomes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies.
• Prepare executive-level reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Represent organizational interests during important business discussions and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in fintech, banking, technology, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong commercial judgment and strategic decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital business models and technology transformation.
• Ability to operate effectively under significant responsibility and changing priorities.
