Role Summary

The Embedded Finance Solutions Analyst will support the development, analysis, and implementation of financial services integrated into third-party digital platforms.

The role involves evaluating business requirements, analysing financial workflows, documenting integration needs, and coordinating with technical teams to support the delivery of embedded payment and financial solutions.

Working remotely within Estonia, the analyst will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, business development professionals, and financial partners to ensure that embedded finance solutions meet operational and commercial requirements.

The successful candidate will combine financial technology knowledge, business analysis capabilities, and an understanding of digital financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements relating to embedded payment services and integrated financial products.

• Support the evaluation of financial workflows within third-party digital platforms.

• Document functional requirements for payment integrations and embedded financial services.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess API connectivity and integration requirements.

• Review transaction processing workflows and identify operational improvement opportunities.

• Assist with the development of product specifications and implementation documentation.

• Analyse potential use cases for embedded payments, digital accounts, and financial service integrations.

• Support testing and validation activities for newly implemented financial capabilities.

• Coordinate with financial partners and internal stakeholders during implementation projects.

• Monitor the operational performance of integrated financial services.

• Prepare analytical reports covering product performance, transaction activity, and integration efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to improve the accessibility, reliability, and scalability of embedded financial products.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, or a related discipline.

• At least three years of experience in fintech, business analysis, financial product operations, or technology consulting.

• Understanding of embedded finance, digital payments, and financial service integrations.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, API documentation, and digital financial infrastructure.

• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.

• Understanding of payment processing and transaction management workflows.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a remote working environment.
