Role Summary

The Digital Asset Operations Analyst will support the daily operational activities associated with digital asset transactions, financial records, transaction monitoring, and operational reconciliation.

The position requires a detail-oriented professional who understands digital financial workflows and can investigate transaction discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support operational controls.

Working remotely within Estonia, the analyst will collaborate with finance, compliance, technology, and customer operations teams to ensure that digital asset activities are processed accurately and documented appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital asset transaction activity and review operational records for accuracy and completeness.

• Support daily reconciliation processes involving digital asset balances, transaction records, and internal financial systems.

• Investigate transaction discrepancies, failed transfers, delayed settlements, and operational exceptions.

• Maintain accurate operational documentation and transaction-related records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction processing issues and operational inconsistencies.

• Assist with the monitoring of blockchain transaction confirmations and transfer statuses.

• Support the preparation of operational reports covering transaction volumes, settlement performance, and exception trends.

• Review transaction-related information for consistency with internal operating procedures.

• Assist with the implementation of operational controls designed to reduce errors and improve transaction reliability.

• Escalate unusual transaction patterns and unresolved operational issues through established procedures.

• Collaborate with compliance teams on documentation and operational review requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation workflows and digital asset operations processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in financial operations, transaction processing, reconciliation, or digital asset operations.

• Understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain infrastructure, or digital financial services.

• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, settlement processes, and financial recordkeeping.

• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, including data analysis and reconciliation techniques.

• Basic understanding of blockchain explorers and digital asset transaction verification.

• Knowledge of operational controls, transaction documentation, and financial reporting practices.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to investigate discrepancies and manage operational exceptions systematically.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work across remote teams.
