Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Wallet Operations Manager to oversee the operational lifecycle of cryptocurrency wallet services, including transaction processing, account administration, reconciliations, and operational controls.

This is a senior management position for a professional who combines digital-asset expertise with strong operational leadership and understands the importance of accuracy, security, and process discipline within cryptocurrency infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of cryptocurrency wallet services.
• Manage wallet-related deposits, withdrawals, transfers, confirmations, and exceptions.
• Establish operational procedures and controls for digital-asset transactions.
• Monitor transaction queues and investigate processing discrepancies.
• Oversee reconciliation between internal records and blockchain transactions.
• Coordinate with engineering, compliance, finance, risk, and customer-support teams.
• Establish operational KPIs and monitor service performance.
• Review operational incidents and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for wallet processes and controls.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews involving digital-asset operations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop wallet operations personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, banking, or financial operations.
• Previous experience managing an operations team or digital-asset function.
• Strong understanding of blockchain transactions and cryptocurrency wallet infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hot and cold wallets, blockchain confirmations, transaction monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with financial or digital-asset platforms.
