About the Position

We are seeking a Digital Banking Product Specialist to support the development, improvement, and ongoing management of technology-enabled banking products.

You will work across product, technology, operations, customer experience, and compliance teams to help deliver reliable and user-friendly digital banking services. The role is suited to someone who understands both financial services and modern digital products.

What You Will Do

• Support the development and enhancement of digital banking products.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Analyse customer feedback, product performance, and usage patterns.
• Coordinate with software teams during product development and testing.
• Support product launches, feature releases, and post-launch reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital customer journeys.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and product-quality reviews.
• Monitor competing banking and fintech products.
• Maintain product documentation and operational procedures.
• Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure product changes meet relevant requirements.

What You Bring

• Experience in digital banking, fintech, payments, financial software, or product operations.
• Good understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and accurately.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, product analytics, or similar tools is beneficial.

Ideal Candidate

You should be commercially aware, technology-oriented, and comfortable working between business and technical teams. A strong understanding of how digital financial products are designed, tested, and delivered will be highly valuable.
